Collection of general information

When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected. This website uses SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH to collect and store data for marketing, market research and optimization purposes on the basis of the website operator's legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We also use external service providers for the processing of our services, which we have carefully selected and commissioned in writing. They are bound by our instructions and are regularly monitored by us. If necessary, we have concluded order processing contracts with them in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO. These are service providers for web hosting, sending e-mails as well as maintenance and care of our IT systems, etc. The service providers will not pass on this data to third parties.

The right to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data stored by us without delay in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO.

The right to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO, unless the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

The right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you object to its erasure and we no longer require the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO.

The right, pursuant to Article 20 of the GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request that it be transferred to another controller.

The right to complain to a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 DSGVO. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of the federal state where our registered office is located or, if applicable, that of your usual place of residence or workplace.

The right to revoke consent given in accordance with Art. 7 (3) DSGVO: You have the right to revoke consent to the processing of data once given at any time with effect for the future. Use of script libraries (Google Web Fonts)

In order to display our content correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as Google Webfonts(https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on this website. Google Web Fonts are transferred to your browser's cache to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Web Fonts or prevents access, content is displayed in a standard font.
