Which manufacturing processes can be used to produce flat gaskets at Rehm Dichtungen?

For the production of your individual flat gaskets, we can rely on different manufacturing processes - waterjet cutting, plotting and punching. Waterjet cutting is particularly suitable for large quantities or large seamless gaskets with the lowest tolerances. For initial samples up to small series, we cut your seals with the help of our plotters. Our die-cutting production process is particularly recommended for regularly recurring requirements with a medium quantity. If your gaskets exceed the standardised plate size, we rely on our expertise in industrial handwork to turn your wishes into reality.

If you need a sealing material that we have not described in detail on our homepage, this does not mean that we do not carry the material or cannot obtain it. Thanks to our network, which has grown over decades, we are able to procure any material for you and then process it.
