Fine apron mat


Fine-ribbed mats or mats with a fine-ribbed design are rubber mats or industrial floor coverings which, together with the hammer-blow mat, form the group of industrial runners and insulating runners at Rehm Dichtungen Ehlers GmbH. Depending on the desired application, fine belt mats based on NR SBR or NBR SBR can be used. Characteristic for the industrial runner is the fine-grooved upper side with a fabric-patterned underside.

We have fine tyre mats in various versions. We obtain a large part of them from the Austrian manufacturer Semperit. We are the second-largest support dealer for them in the elastomer sheet sector. Semperit stands for the highest and most consistent product quality. Sustainability and good traceability of the materials are also signs of the company. All fine tyre mats from Semperit are free of halogens and conflict materials. They are also REACH and RoHS compliant. Semperit industrial mats: Fine groove qualities

Fine groove mat RW2 P 9540 - NBR SBR 65 Shore black

This industrial runner quality is based on NBR SBR and is characterised by good oil resistance or petrol resistance (only alcohol-free petrols) and is considered to be conditionally acid-resistant. It is SVHC-free and complies with WDK guideline 2201 (2020-10). The material has no wear resistance.

Fine belt mat RW2 A9506 - NR SBR 70 Shore black

Compared to RW 2 P9540, the A9506 fine-ribbed mat is made of NR SBR, which has only limited resistance to acids and strong bases. The industrial runner is also not wear-resistant.

Fine groove mat RW2 A 608 - NR SBR NBR 70 Shore gray

The A608 fine groove mat is made of NR SBR NBR and is available in grey. As with the other qualities, the design height of the fine grooves is approx. 1.3 mm. A608 is resistant to strong bases and has a limited oil resistance. With regard to wear resistance, a conditional suitability can be assumed.

Semperit insulating mats: Fine groove quality

Fine belt mat RW2 A 601 - NR SBR 70 Shore blue-grey

This insulating rotor quality is based on NR SBR and is tested according to DIN EN 60243-1:2014. The A601 is also REACH compliant and meets PAH. The material is resistant to strong bases and has conditional acid resistance as well as conditional wear resistance.

Areas of application for fine-ribbed mats

The most common use of fine groove mats is as a particularly safe floor covering in hazardous areas and as a non-slip covering for stairs and ladders. The maximum slip resistance is based on the fine grooves on the upper side of the industrial runner.
Another field of application for this material is transport or impact protection. In this context, the grooved mats are used for lining or impact protection of vans or other transport equipment.
Due to the fine groove design, a high friction resistance is created, which prevents the unintentional slipping of loads, so that fine groove mats can also be used as anti-slip mats.

What are Feinriefen mats?
Fine-ribbed mats belong to the group of industrial runners and are made of either NR SBR or NBR SBR. The name for this material is derived from the finely grooved top side with a design height of approx. 1.3 mm. The underside is always fabric-patterned.
Can Feinriefen mats also be equipped with self-adhesives?
Fine belt mats can basically be equipped with self-adhesive. For this purpose, the unprocessed rubber mats are first glued with a self-adhesive film, in order to subsequently produce your self-adhesive seals or cuttings from the industrial runner.
In which forms can fine belt mats be obtained from Rehm Dichtungen?
Just as with all our sealing materials, we use the industrial runner to produce the right seals or blanks for you using our various manufacturing processes - water jet cutting, plotting and punching. In addition to the manufactured fine-ribbed mats, we can also cut the material to the desired length and width. Finally, you can also purchase sheets from us for your own production as unprocessed yard goods.
