Rehm Dichtungen Ehlers GmbH is a medium-sized company founded in 1962 and characterized by expertise in sealing technology. In this course, we are your contact for the production of seals and rubber blanks, from single parts to large series for a wide range of industries and applications. We will also be pleased to supply you with unprocessed yard goods made of sheet and roll material. It is our concern to consider your individual wishes and at the same time to offer sealing solutions as well as precisely fitting parts for every need.

Custom work at Rehm

We manufacture customized seals and also according to the specifications of our customers.

All common technical drawing formats serve as templates - alternatively, we create a production-ready drawing based on your specifications or samples. You are also welcome to provide us with your own technical drawing in dxf or dwg format.
Whether as a drawing part, yard goods, rubber cut or rubber seal in 2D and 3D - we offer you a suitable solution for numerous technical applications. We have various manufacturing processes at our disposal for this purpose: Waterjet cutting, punching, plotting and industrial manual work.

It is also possible to have your own materials manufactured on a contract basis using our manufacturing processes.

Wide range of materials

We also offer a wide range of high-quality sealing materials. We process a wide variety of materials; for example, elastomers , silicones, rubber, plastic, foamed materials such as sponge rubber and silicone foam, and asbestos-free fiber materials.

Furthermore, we stock materials that are characterized by high temperature, chemical, ozone and oil resistance as well as food fastness. For particularly high technical requirements, we recommend FKM seals.

We will be happy to advise you. If required, you can also obtain whole rolls from us as trading goods.
