more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit. In part, the cookies serve to simplify website processes by storing settings (e.g. providing already selected options). If personal data is also processed by individual cookies implemented by us, the processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO either for the execution of the contract or in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO to protect our legitimate interests in the best possible functionality of the website as well as a customer-friendly and effective design of the page visit.

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called cookies. These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We only use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation activated. This means that the IP address of the user is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area, which means that a personal reference can be excluded. Google is certified for the US-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield", which ensures compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU.
Insofar as you have given your consent to this in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO, the processing on this website is carried out for the purpose of website analysis.

Use of Google reCAPTCHA
We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA") on our website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google").
The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether data entry on our website (e.g. in a contact form) is made by a human or by an automated programme. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information, e.g.
Time spent by the website visitor on the website
Mouse movements made by the user
The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.
The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. Website visitors are not notified that an analysis is taking place. The data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
We have a legitimate interest in protecting our website from abusive automated spying and from unwanted automated mailings (spam).
Google is certified for the us-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield", which ensures compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU.
Provision of chargeable services
For the provision of chargeable services, we will request additional data, such as payment details.
If you send us enquiries via the contact form or e-mail, your details from the enquiry form or your e-mail, including the first and last name you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. The specification of an e-mail address is required for contacting us, the specification of your name as well as your telephone number is voluntary. Under no circumstances will we pass on this data without your consent. The legal basis for the processing of the data is our legitimate interest in answering your request in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO and, if applicable, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, if your request is aimed at concluding a contract. Your data will be deleted after your request has been processed, provided that there are no legal obligations to retain data. You can object to the processing of your personal data at any time in the case of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
Data sharing and recipients
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties, unless
- if we have explicitly referred to this in the description of the respective data processing.
- if you have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO,
- the disclosure in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data,
- in the event that there is a legal obligation for the disclosure in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. c DSGVO a legal obligation exists and
- as far as this is necessary for the handling of contractual relationships with you according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
We also use external service providers for the processing of our services, which we have carefully selected and commissioned in writing. They are bound by our instructions and are regularly monitored by us. If necessary, we have concluded order processing contracts with them in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO. These are service providers for web hosting, sending e-mails as well as maintenance and care of our IT systems, etc. The service providers will not pass on this data to third parties.
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Duration of the storage of personal data
The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the relevant statutory retention periods (e.g. from commercial law and tax law). After expiry of the respective period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted. If data is required to fulfil or initiate a contract or if we have a legitimate interest in continuing to store it, the data will be deleted when it is no longer required for these purposes or you have exercised your right of revocation or objection.
Below you will find information on which data subject rights the applicable data protection law grants you vis-à-vis the controller with regard to the processing of your personal data:

The right to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data stored by us without delay in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO.
The right to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO, unless the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Use of script libraries (Google Web Fonts)
In order to display our content correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as Google Webfonts(https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on this website. Google Web Fonts are transferred to your browser's cache to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Web Fonts or prevents access, content is displayed in a standard font.
Calling up script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the operator of the library. It is theoretically possible - although it is currently unclear whether and for what purposes - that the operators of such libraries collect data.
We use Google Web Fonts for optimisation purposes, in particular to improve the use of our website for you and to make its design more user-friendly. This is also our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
Google has submitted to the Privacy Shield agreement concluded between the European Union and the USA and has certified itself. Google thereby undertakes to comply with the standards and regulations of European data protection law. The use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation to send advertising and information material that has not been expressly requested is hereby prohibited. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam e-mails.
We reserve the right to amend this data protection declaration from time to time so that it always complies with the current legal requirements or in order to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, e.g. when introducing new services. The new data protection statement will then apply to your next visit.
