Hammerslap mat
Hammer blow mats or mats with a hammer blow design are rubber mats or industrial floor coverings which, together with the fine grooved mat, form the group of industrial runners at Rehm Dichtungen Ehlers GmbH. Depending on the desired application, hammer mats based on NR SBR or NBR SBR can be used. A characteristic feature of the industrial runner is the hammer blow profile on the top side in combination with a fabric-patterned underside.

Hammer mats are available to us in different variants. We obtain a large part of them from the Austrian manufacturer Semperit. We are the second-largest support dealer for this manufacturer in the elastomer sheet sector. All hammer mats from Semperit are free of halogens and conflict materials. They are also REACH and RoHS compliant and have TSCA confirmation at the same time. In addition to the Semperit qualities, you also have the option of purchasing hammer mats in import quality from us. Basically we have the different hammer mats in 3mm thickness in stock as standard.

Hammer mat D70 A 9506 - NR SBR 70 Shore black
This industrial runner grade is based on NR SBR and features conditional resistance to acids and strong bases. It is SVHC-free and complies with WDK guideline 2201 (2020-10). The material has no wear resistance and is neither ozone nor oil resistant.

Hammer mat D70 A 608 - NR SBR NBR 70 Shore gray
The hammer blow mat D70 A608 is made of NR SBR NBR and has a hammer blow design height of 0.7mm. The industrial mat, which is available in grey, has good resistance to strong bases and, compared to the hammer blow mat D70 A9506, has limited resistance to oil. Ultimately, this industrial runner can be assumed to have limited wear resistance.

Semperit insulating mats: Hammerschlag qualities
Hammer mat D70 A 601 - NR SBR 70 Shore blue-grey
The hammer blow mat D70 A601, which is tested according to DIN EN 60243-1:2014, is made of NR SBR and is available in the color blue-grey. The design height of the hammer blow profile is, just like the other qualities, approx. 0.7mm.
The insulating runner is resistant to strong bases and is considered to have conditional acid resistance. The material also has conditional wear resistance.

Hammer mat D70 A 601s - NR SBR 65 Shore black
The D70 A601s hammer mat is also tested according to DIN EN 60243-1:2014 and is made of NR SBR. In contrast to the D70 A601, this insulating mat is available in black. The A601s has a resistance to strong bases as well as a conditional resistance to acids. Basically, this hammer blow mat is considered conditionally suitable in terms of wear resistance.

Fields of application for hammer mats
Hammered mats are mainly used as a floor covering in cases where slip resistance, insulation against floor cold or cold subfloors as well as pressure loads are expected. Consequently, this form of industrial and insulating runners can be used in heavily trafficked halls or aisles as anti-slip mats or insulating mats. The hammered mat can also be used in the animal sector as a so-called stable mat.
